We develop a customer-oriented concept and an appropriate film language that is informative and authentic. Depending on the content and company, we work conceptually with film modules. This approach allows us to address all interest groups in a targeted manner.
Modular film concept
Filming concept/recording: production processes, location, internal training, interviews, objectives, etc. After recording, we focus on the modular utilisation of the film contributions. (Internal training films, production processes, image films, internal further training, impressions at reception or on monitors/the Internet)
Film concept based on stories
We bring our experience in documentary and feature films to bear in the form of fictionalised stories created specifically for companies and institutions. In doing so, we create our own dramatic level, which becomes the storyline for the company portrait. The story becomes the common thread that runs through each film contribution.

Pedro Haldemann
Producer / Director *1952, studied at the Swiss Jazz School, Bern. From 1979 to 1987, member of the ensemble ‘Andreas Vollenweider and Friends’. In 1992, attended a workshop on ‘Film Music Composition’ with Maestro Ennio Morricone in Basel. From 1992, founder of the independent theatre group X-Rayted Production and tub-Theatrer at the Uferbau; author of various plays. Partner of Insertfilm AG.
Daniel Leippert
Cinematographer *1959, completed an apprenticeship as a photographer. From 1980 to 1984, trained as a cinematographer in Germany at Atlantik Filmkopierwerk, NDR and Studio Hamburg. From 1984 to 1987, cinematographer for SAT1, Hamburg. 1989: received the Solothurn Canton Encouragement Award. Member of the Swiss Media Professionals’ Union (SSM). Founding member and partner of Insertfilm AG.
Olivier JeanRichard
Sound engineer / sound technician *1968, Solothurn Cantonal School of Commerce. 1987–89: commercial clerk; 1990–91: work placement at Hegner Photo Studio, Solothurn. Language study trip to Scotland. 1994 to 1995: training as a sound engineer, course at the Zentrum Neue Medien (ZNM), Zurich. 2013: Recognition Award from the Canton of Solothurn. Partner at Insertfilm AG.
Roland Kaiser
Finance / Accounting *Born in 1959; obtained a commercial diploma from Solothurn Cantonal School in 1978; qualified as a finance and accounting specialist with a Federal Certificate in 2004; responsible for accounting at Insertfilm AG since 2001. Weitere Mandate als selbständig Erwerbender.
