«Still in intensive care, the patient allows his newly repaired heart to persuade him to tackle a film on the subject of creation. To this end, seven people open their doors and show why, how and what worlds they create: tentatively, drip by drip, proliferating, nurturing, soldering and researching, they happily potter about – but the filmmaker threatens to sink into his own work.»
